"Some people write in their diary’s about the little things that happened that day, I capture it on polaroids, I’ve been doing it for years » Working as a studio photographer for press and communications, this particular project is very personal for Barbara Bouyne as she studies the city and its different facets. Since her days as an architectural student, she has maintained a fascination for the urban landscapes exploring it in the tiniest detail. Accompanied by a her Polaroid SX70 which never leaves her side, she is not necessarily looking for the perfect shot, but rather the little incidents and surprises of which city life is comprised. Bouyne is a collector of these spontaneous moments which cross her path as she wanders through the city.
