Partners Marchand & Meffre present a collection of work photographing environments, which have been destroyed, but have not said their final word, expressed through the stone, brick, wood and metal from which they were constructed.
It is at the heart of these post-industrial wastelands that these two urban archaeologists find their inspiration. They bring back images from these eras long forgotten, in which the construction and degradation of factories, buildings and theatres now deserted have been moved on by the passing of time.
