The head of a giraffe bobs above a treetop in the South African bush. On the way to buy some bread and milk in the town centre, the sudden appearance of two elephants taking a stroll (they belong to a travelling circus which has just arrived). By acting quickly, Neveling is imitating and hoping to capture the sudden surprises that a day can bring.
