Jo Gane travelled through America in a car passing through the states of Nevada and Arizona, where she allowed herself to be carried along by the nostalgia for a mythical America told by movies and images. One by one, taken in the light and perspective of her own era, she recreates the American facets and facades of her youth, the deserted and timeless landscapes, lit up bright with neon signs in pink and green.
