 Framing
The way in which an art work is affixed to the wall determines both its esthetic appearance and its long term conservation.

For each image, Wanted proposes the most appropriate framing solution. This choice has been made with each photographer in order to best enhance the artwork.

All the frames are made to measure by excellent Parisian craftsmen.

Three solutions :

 Wood frame

The print is protected under glass with a 3cm black solid oak frame. The color black was chosen because it enhances most styles and is most appropriate to art photography. A made to measure matboard isolates the print from the glass and prevents condensation.
This is the most classical solution, a perfect adaptation of elegance and protection.

 Lamination on aluminium

The print is permanently affixed to a sheet of aluminum cut to its exact dimensions. Special glue and high pressure insure that the finish is impeccable and long lasting. A 2.5cm aluminum bar on the back of the sheet of metal creates strength and rigidity in the support, and also allows the artwork to float on the wall. This creates a very contemporary design look, as the photo seems to levitate on the wall.

 Plexicollage

The print is affixed to a sheet of aluminum as above. In addition, we place a 3mm transparent sheet of acrylic over the print. It is attached without glue, thanks to a reaction between two liquid components. Thus the print is even more protected and acquires a certain relief.
Color contrast is emphasized and your original print acquires added depth. A luxurious and spectacular solution.

All of these finishes will be described with explanatory illustrations at the start of your order, when you choose your options.
